As a senior consultant, he informs organizations of the major shifts required for organizational transformation by bringing insights to clients on the scale of change they seek and how they should be best positioned for change to avert risk and derailment. Mr. Uqoezwa, also assists with developing talent, guiding leadership transformation interventions and clarifying the impact of business change on an organization and its key roles.

Through his myriad of successful business ventures, Mr. Uqoezwa has been recognized for his extensive business experience in expanding domestic and international imports and has advised companies globally on market expansions, investments and international business relationships. Mr. Uqoezwa holds degrees from North Carolina Central University and serves on the Board of Trustees for Winston Salem State University.
