Felix is a business leader with a demonstrated trajectory in transforming technology and consulting services companies into profitable and high growth operations in Iberoamerica, focused on financial, retail and public services industries.

He is currently the Managing Partner of Fairplay Consulting Mexico, a business-consulting firm with presence in 14 countries that focuses on transforming medium size companies by designing their business strategy, marketing, business development and managed operations to improve their performance.

Formerly, Felix founded and was the general manager at Heyday Consulting Group which merged with Fairplay Consulting Europe, general manager at Bearing Point, and worked in several sectors of IBM, including IBM Latin America, IBM Mexico, IBM Andean, and IBM Colombia.

Felix is an electronic engineer and a M.Sc. of Economics at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a specialization in finance, also is an IBM Certified Consultant and was member of the IBM World Wide Partner Appointment Committee.

Felix has continued his Executive Education in Harvard Business School in a nine-year Program for presidents of companies, with an expect graduation in 2019.

Felix is member of YPO Mexico and YPO New York, CEO (Chief Executive Organization) and PathNorth. He is an avid golfer.
