Roosevelt is an entrepreneur and investor with over 30 years of experience in domestic and international markets. Giles’ career focus has been in Technology, Cyber, Insurance, Finance, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation and HealthCare. Giles holds several board positions including Chairman of the Board of Atlanta Life Financial Group, Inc., JUST Capital, GHI Holding, Atlanta Metro Chamber, Georgia Research Alliance, The Alonzo F. and Norris B. Herndon Foundation, Leadership Atlanta, and Visiting Nurses Hospice Atlanta. Giles is a former Chairman of the Board of Herndon Capital Management, IMS, Asia, IMS, USA, where he has served on various committees such as Audit/Finance, Risk, Nomination and Governance, DEI, Technology, and Compensation.

He is currently a member of the MetLife Insurance Company DEI Council and serves as the Chair of Business Insurance Magazine DEI Board. Giles is a frequent requested thought leader in various theaters around the world on topics ranging from Cyber, Corporate Governance, Corporate Strategy, Risk, and Digital Transformation. Roosevelt serves as President and CEO of ENDPOINT CONSULTING GROUP, LLC which is a holding company with investments in 12 companies with offices in five cities on three continents. He has received from industry and private groups, including the Ernest and Young Entrepreneur of the year finalist award 2001. Giles delivered the commencement address at Clayton State University in 2013. Roosevelt graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration; from University of South Carolina, and Limestone College, and has completed advanced management courses from Harvard and MIT.
