Ayo is the Chief Operating Officer at DelNovak LLC, and serves on the board of directors of Atlanta Life Insurance Company. DelNovak is a government contractor, with expertise in Cyber Security and Technology Transformation.  Ayo’s portfolio includes program delivery, partnerships, internal operations, and business development.

Ayo is a serial entrepreneur, investor, mindfulness practitioner, and higher performance professional with over 20 years of experience. He has contributed to government agencies in the areas of Program and Project Management, Cyber Security, Emerging Technologies, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Transformation. Clients have included the Department of Defense, USAID, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the Interior, Transit Agencies and local governments. Ayo continuously exceeds client expectations by focusing on delivering solutions to client needs. 

Ayo is on the board of the Atlanta Life Insurance Company as its secretary and a member of the technology committee.

Ayo’s volunteer activities include propagating mindfulness, serving as a toastmaster leader, as a member of the board of the Herndon Foundation, and a member of the Working Group Committee of the Herndon Directors Institute (HDI).

Ayo is a member of PathNorth and is a regular financial supporter of various charitable causes.

Ayo is a Robert A. Toigo Fellow, holds a PMP certification and degrees from Georgia Tech and MIT.
