Anderee Berengian is an accomplished entrepreneur, technologist, and investor, and is passionate about driving progress through innovative technology. With more than 20 years of experience steering product and business strategy, Berengian has seen three companies through IPOs and currently serves on several corporate boards.  He is a regular Forbes contributor, winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2021, OCBJ Excellence In Entrepreneurship Award in 2018 and OCTANe Innovator of the Year in 2017. 

Berengian is the Founder & CEO of Cie, a venture studio that has created a unique and scalable process to identify new technology solutions to big problems.  Cie then incubates, develops, and accelerates these concepts into new products and ultimately companies.  Berengian is also the Founder and Managing Partner at venture capital firm, RezVen Partners. RezVen provides early stage venture funding to startups.  Prior to RezVen, Berengian led global expansion and strategic efforts at Overture, pioneer of paid placement advertising (acquired by Yahoo!), focusing on new online monetization strategies. Berengian earned a BS in biochemistry, was a biophysics PhD candidate at UCLA, and is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business.
