David is the president and CEO at Data Computer Corporation of America (DCCA), a veteran-owned information technology services company. DCCA was formed to help the United States and foreign governments, commercial businesses, and industries manage large, complex information technology projects that encompass many technological skills and management disciplines. David has been with the company for over 35 years. Prior to joining DCCA, David held the positions of Senior Toxicologist for the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), chief chemist for First Army Drug Testing Laboratory, and chief toxicologist for the U.S. First Army. Currently, David serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland, University College, as well as the boards for Howard Community College and Howard County School System.
