As a Senior Fellow and Facilitator for PathNorth events, Eddy engages audiences and captivates their imagination with his high-energy yet personable style.  In his main line of work, Eddy provides leaders with a deeper understanding of the strategies that strengthen corporate cultures and enhance individual performance – making his professional life a perfect complement for the central aims of PathNorth.

Eddy is the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership Orlando, the premier leadership development organization dedicated to transforming business leaders by inspiring spiritual leadership in the marketplace.  As a Story Coach and creator of the Story Soapbox, he is passionate about empowering leaders with a deeper understanding of the timeless principles of story. His Core Story approach helps leaders maximize their impact by reflecting on their unique leadership journey and leveraging the power of story in their communications. He empowers leaders to engage their teams and customers with a clear narrative and a well-defined purpose that facilitates alignment between organizational values, corporate culture and the brand experience. 

Eddy finds that at a time when it is extremely difficult to lead in the public eye, PathNorth provides a safe place where authentic relationships can be built, meaningful experiences can broaden the definition of success, and where compelling stories can inspire.

Eddy lives in Orlando, FL with his wife Giselle and his children Isabella and Kristopher.
